This is a great way of starting your evening at the Casino or the Theatre. Star Casino in Sydney Australia is operated by The Star Entertainment Group (formerly known as Echo Entertainment Group). It is worth saying that the shared dining area, which tends to be very busy, is kept clean and tidy by a very active group of efficient staff, rounding off the whole dining experience in a manner which most would not have even hoped for when planning their night out at The Star. Fries are not included, but a large portion of well cooked, fresh and tasty fries is again very reasonably priced, and one portion is surely good for at least two people. The burgers are cooked to order, which therefore necessitates a slight (15 minute) wait, but ensures that your meal arrives fresh and piping hot. We were therefore both surprised and delighted when we ordered Burgers from Ribs & Burgers, to find that the food was excellent, and very reasonably priced. So nobody would be surprised if the food served at the various eateries inside the building were of dubious quality, and opportunistically over-priced.
As a general rule you would only find yourself in The Star if you were heading off to the Casino, or for a show at the Lyric.
